Ground, Breath, Speak

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The voice starts from a connection to the earth through the feet, a grounding and centering force that creates inner space receptive to the inspiration of the breath. The flow of breath is the animating force of speech. In this session we will eplore the physical actions, impulsive and deliberste, that shape that flow.
